We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was accommodating of our late check-in request and the location was close to nature. The cleanliness of the hotel was up to par and the facilities were great. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is perfectly located, very central and close to everything we needed. The room was cozy and clean, with comfortable beds. We loved the fact that they offer free Wi-Fi and also a nice breakfast spread with plenty of choices. the staff was very polite and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.
That the restaurant is not very good, and we decided to eat at other nearby places instead. , one of the windows in our room was a bit drafty and let in some noise from outside.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location with lovely surroundings close by. the room was clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities. the bathroom was spacious and immaculate. the staff provided outstanding service and were very helpful. the breakfast was nicely prepared with a good spread of items. the hotel has a great view from the rooftop.
The AC was quite noisy and disturbed my sleep.

The hotel had a stunning architecture with lovely aroma. It felt like being amidst nature as there were beautiful gardens everywhere. Our room was quite comfortable and clean with basic amenities. The staff was prompt in getting the geyser fixed so that we could get hot water. Also, the hotel's location was fabulous, it was very close to the major attractions in the city.
We didn't enjoy the food at the hotel restaurant as it wasn't up to the mark. Also, the noise from the AC duct was a bit discomforting. The bathroom wasn't properly maintained and had mould on the ceiling. Additionally, we faced some issues with the door lock. Although we reported it, nothing much was done to rectify the problem.
